Westmark IP manages overseas IP protection for Australian and New Zealand clients through recognised international and direct national filing procedures.  

Some overseas applications, such as international (PCT) patent applications and 'Madrid Protocol' international trade mark applications, we directly handle ourselves. 

Where necessary, we operate through our network of trusted associate firms, such as when filing PCT ‘national phase’, direct 'Paris Convention' filings or dealing with examination and registration processes in individual countries.
