Westmark IP Pty Ltd is an incorporated patent attorney under the Australian Patents Act 1990 and is an incorporated trade mark attorney under the Australian Trade Marks Act 1995.
Mark Pullen is a registered patent attorney in accordance with the Australian Patents Act 1990 and a registered trade marks attorney in accordance with the Australian Trade Marks Act 1995
